Self Care Information About Children

 

A new  service for all Manchester children and young people aged 11-18 years to help support their emotional health and wellbeing will go live on Wednesday 1 June 2016. 

Kooth.com  is a free, safe, confidential and non-stigmatised online service for young people to access themselves. Kooth offer online counselling, self-help tools, peer support boards, moderated peer discussion, referral into face to face services, and a co-produced online magazine. 

Kooth resources are available 24/7 via their website. The online counselling service will be available from 12pm noon to 10pm Monday to Friday and 6pm to 10pm at weekends. This service is a 12 month pilot taking place in Manchester.
